The number one concern of the Macon County Public Transportation System is the safety and well being of all passengers.  The Macon County Public Transportation System is able to provide reliable transportation at a reasonable fare for Macon County citizens.  We will not discriminate against any person on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, gender, age or disability.

We offer Handicap accessible transportation services for citizens confined to wheelchairs and/or affected with other disabilities that restrict their mobility.  Please call 24 hours in advance and inform us that you will require a bus with a lift.  The driver will assist and the schedule will provide a provision to allow adequate time for normal boarding/disembarking procedures.  If further assistance is needed, be prepared to have an assistant accompany you at no charge.

We provide transportation service to:  Tuskegee, Tallassee, Union Springs, Montgomery, Auburn and Opelika

• Round Trip Fare in Macon County is $10.00 per person
• Round Trip Fare outside of Macon County is $20.00 per person
